This hotel is a total rip off! I was charged $117 plus US Dollars for two days stay.

Restaurant next-door called the filling station was a unique business operating in the same structure.

My greatest complaint was the unfairness of the cost of the room. Upon check-in, I discovered a sandwich board placed in front of the hotel advertising the Bellagio rooms at 1800 pesos per night, which is approximately US$32. I was charged double that much And I believe I was discriminated against because I am an American citizen. I favored the visa credit card people the photograph of the sandwich board sign advertising, loud and clear, bright and concise to anybody to see in front of the hotel that the room was 1800 pesos per night, and I felt , and still feel that I was gouged and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this hotel to a single person.

Disappointing, and couldn’t stand staying there for any longer

The room was old and in very bad condition, the water wasn’t available for about an hour or two, the price was high for what you are getting, and lack of amenities, the location was bad, and there is no safe box in the room, there was no enough lights do the room was dark, and there was no enough electricity sockets

The lift was out of order and my room was on the 12th floor. After 18 hrs of travelling there was no way I was doing that hike...i stayed at nearby hotel but still got charged at the bellagio.

A landmark hotel in centre of redlight district, with themed restaurant attached.

Hotel has themed restaurants attached, and is a landmark on Burgos st. In the middle of the redlight area,which is very lively.

No security box in room. No iron or ironing board. Decor dated.

The elevator was out of order, not working for a long time. They gave me smokers room while my reservation was non smoking room .

The entrance is crowded and there is no safety for the purposes, the elevator is worn, the rooms are old and not clean, and the staff are treated especially by getting out badly

The only wasn’t working, hadn’t been for two weeks before I arrived and was still not working 10 days later when I returned to Manila - so I stayed round the corner at Best Western

Some staff were friendly and professional

Lift broken, room up 8 flights of stairs. No alternative room offered, shuttle as offered on site was not free as stated/led to believe, no breakfast included

FIX ELEVATOR!!!

The location is super okay. Near to malls and restaurants. Filling Station nearby makes me want to live here!

During our stay, the elevator was under maintenance. We stayed at a room at the 7th floor and the climb is really exhausting, especially since we opted to dine outside. When I read other reviews, the elevator seemed to be broken since December. :( If it was a hassle for us, then it might have been more of a problem for the elderly guests or those with medical conditions. And what if there had been emergencies? They really should focus on repairing the elevator.

You can't expect much from this hotel. Go look somewhere else if you have a little extra to spend.

The location is smack down the middle of the Makati happenings. You can literally walk to anywhere. Filling Station is in the same building, they have great diner style breakfast.

I did not like that your elevators were not working and failed to notify guests of it prior to arriving. We were staying on the 8th floor and the walk up and down was not something I will recommend to anyone. Parking is definitely a nightmare too. The room we stayed in smelled like cheap cologne and poorly maintained baths. Toilets are leaking everywhere. You get what you pay for I guess.
